the reason axe Warrior was ur is due to the fact the game just released at that point and it was the highest atk 4 star monster, so konami decided to make it ur,the fact that u do not acknowledge that proves you to be the scrub
Ultimate rising has Sphere Kuriboh, order to charge, sonic bird, and many others really good and versatile cards, that are stll top tier... You must be the scrub if you don't realize that lol
Sphere Kuriboh is still great, but cards like OtC and Sonic Bird were mainly notable for decks like Dinos/HHG and Relinquished, respectively. None of those are top tier anymore.
With Tribute to the Doomed, OTC has 0 interest now... BEUD, Shard of Greed and The Hunter with 7 Weapon can be useful in farming deck, Fusion Gate allows you to make fun Fusion decks (not tier 1, but the game can be fun without tier 1 deck...), Kuriboh of course, Magic Jammer why not, Twister is a good card too, Makiu in the Thunder decks (which will be viable in one or two packs), and the Mask
Well in my opinion, Konami should change card rarities so that people have a lesse chance of rolling a "bad" UR like Axe Raider, make him an SR or even an R would be great, same with Dunames and all those beaters who got extremely powercrept.
Great with Vanilla Beater + Red Lotus combo deck. OTC can activate outside the battle step. Then the normal monster you tribute for the OTC, can be banished (3 of course) to special summon Red Lotus. Then you can swarm with normal summon and use Red Lotus effect. this is after you cleared the latter on opponent side of the field. Also good for vanilla fiends for Necro
