It's 2400 or less. You don't need to have exactly 2400 LP.

There are some cards that let you pay LP in multiples of 100. But most of them don't synergize with a Red-Eyes deck.

If your Life Points are exactly 2400, you can return 1 "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" from your graveyard to your Deck instead.

I like it too because it only adds from the deck. Not outside of the deck.

Lowly F2P will have to put their wallets on the table to make use of it correctly.

F2Ps probably don't even play RE Fusion decks to begin with. There are newer decks that are meta and can be built in F2P ways.

Many F2P are beginners who are anime fan. Unless you are an old DL player you won't know which box to buy. Just like my friends who quit DL recently, people in that particular case mainly use their anime knowledge to decide.

So they are irrelevant when the discussion is about competitive players.

When you play for fun you are not supposed to lose 100% of the time against newer more expensive cards though.

I don't think it's fun for a RE player to play against FL Every or Levianeer.
