Why not just have Rebecca Hawkins be a character? Get Injection Fairy Lily as her signature card, give her Luster Dragon as a Level 40 reward and Millennium Shield as another high level reward

Bonz appears twice, only one of which being significant, and he sucks at dueling. Rebecca is a champion level duelist, who could probably beat bandit keith, and stood a far better chance against Yugi than Bonz did.

Bonz is a stereotypical halloween character, and a henchmen, used and abandoned by Keith. Rebecca is a little girl who has more skill than most pros, and has a grudge against Solomon Muto due to a card her grandfather loved, which ties into Solomon's past as well.

She's an uninteresting brat who's more full-of-herself than most duelists. I'd like to remind you she got crushed by freaking Valon, even with Duke's help, AND without Valon using the Seal of Oricalchos. Bonz was at least good enough to get an invite to Duelist Kingdom, which Rebecca can't say.

I have to add as well that even though Tyranno, which you may be inclined to see as Jaden's henchmen and goody-goody follower, this did not made him less interesting. Besides having a good and well-toned body I was somehow attracted to, there should be dynamism in terms of his or her thinking, not just eccentricity.

I confess I take the bait of trolls wayyy too easily. It's a flaw. Anyways, story is built off of the minor characters. Bonz was the reason that Yugi and pals ended up fighting the P Bros, and so got their star chips. He then shows us what Bakura can do. Minor Character? Yes. However, he's also way more relatable than most characters. He's just a kid playing a card game.
