Stuck at DLv.11 in the KC Cup. Only have 2 Abyssmegalo. Any recommendations?

Too bad mermail not doing great in current meta. Even dlv 10 can be full of fh or Amazon.

I use megalo with whale and ssa + atlantean tribute fodder for their extra effect.

Fur Hires are relatively easy to deal with. I'm having issues with Amazons and control decks mainly.

I did try the whale and ssa variant but I found this version more consistent. Unless it was just bad matchups? How far have you managed to get with that version? I'm currently DLv.13.

How easy it is to deal with fh for you? Without whale's protection and ssa, 1 donpa is all it takes to 🔥 your big monster (in your case, megalo).

Honestly I think mermail is mediocre. In my deck I only used megalo and that level 4 SR to thin deck.

And... lol I'm a player that duels for fun so I haven't try climbing kc cup. Only been doing all sorts of shenanigans to have fun XD

Honestly megalo with whale and ssa + atlantean tribute fodder can be bricky, but once you pull it off, opponent always rage quit XD

Whale > search ssa > atlantean effect > wipe opponent board > gains protection of targeting + ssa. You can even use whale as tribute earlier, then atlantean lvl 2 to ss another monster to SS whale from grave, then search ssa.

However that just my preference :)

Yeah FH's aren't really an issue for this deck. Unless the games I've have they've all just had unlucky hands that is! haha

and hahah honestly dueling for the memes and not taking it too seriously is probably the best way to go about it! I'm just climbing the KC Cup to get all of the gems! Currently on 15 atm. Spent loads of gems on this box and I really want to make it work! haha
