It's a burn card. We're in a format where Restructer Revolution is a broken card. It's on the weaker side of burn cards, though, so I could see it happening. (Likely as a Kalin level reward.)
Look 3rd reply guy you just exposed that you are in rookie. You cannot FTK with this card. You know why? Cause it's a freakin trap card. Even if you do use the Temple most FTK decks doesn't run temple.
