1. Obviously this card
2. Debunk
3. Divine Wrath
4. Magic jammer
5. The seven tools of the bandit
6. The divine punishment ( using the sanctum of parshath or the sanctuary in the sky)
Counter traps can counter every effect, but only counter traps can counter traps. it's simple. Shi En can't counter this card, but this card can counter Shi Ens effect if your enemy tries to negate a spell or trap card from you.
