It has been mote than 2 days since I last played. It started on Friday, giving me the error. Tried reinstalling but nothing. Yesterday successfully connected using my company's connection and found that had lost all my game progress when I reinstalled the game. Made a request to the game team for reinstating my profile but don't know if they will be able to make it since I didn't have the id.

Check the other comments, there ist a "solution". Run a VPN software like Turbo VPn and then start Duel Links, it might work.

Turbo VPN doesnt work here either. I'm on Brazil, 21/09/2017, I have 4G connection, and i can guarantee that it works (everything works), but I cant log on Duel Links via 4G, only with wifi. No one have a hint on what is this?

Just got this problem today, it appeared that the app might be stuck and here's how I fix it: Setting - Application - Duel Links - Force stop, and login normally again (Android only)

I'm having the same problem since around two weeks ago. It happen weather in 4G or Wi-fi (less frenquently in this last one). I've already sent a ticket to Konami. I'm just giving up playing the game 'cos it's annoying get this bug all the time.

I installed Opera VPN on my cell phone and it worked fine with a VPN from the US, but I did it for steam on the pc too, but I still have not found a solution to that.
