Spellbook is more of a skill deck than luck, unless you are running the 30 card Grass variant. Compared to other meta decks, Spellbook punishes misplays hard and for an inexperienced Spellbook player, those misplays are not so obvious, leading them to think the deck is bad when they lose.
Yes, unlike all the other meta decks which actually take some thought making the same exact play duel after duel regardless of the deck your facing. Pffftt!!! Lmfao
Lol true but this deck involves a lot more complex comboes that has a lot of steps. I guess thats why it takes longer and people to get more annoyed because people are so used to fast pace deck like Sylvans and Masked Hero. I prefer decks like Spellbooks though...
I agree that Spellbook is a skill deck. Whenever I play with this deck, it feels like I am decoding something hard. And it feels good everytime I win by proper sequence of effects and rotation of Spellbook cards. :)
Yes, it should work. It was the deck I used to get KoG this season. U may view the deck as one of those posted above. Very consistent with restart skill.
The earlier you draw Princess, the better so you can close the game before your opponent can get a chance to retaliate. But you should prioritize drawing Secret/Blue Boy + another Spellbook over drawing Princess in your opening hand.
