Yeah there is plenty counterplay. Even if you start 2nd.

People also need to learn to attack the right monsters and know when to not attack and wait a turn to improve your board.

If 2 fur hire are on the field amd none is donpa, than they are usually not dangerous as they cant destroy effects.

If A is on the board and B is special summoned, A's effect will activate. Not B.

You can negate their 1st summoning as well with Drystan's effect

BTW, Drystan doesn't negate, he destroys.
Negating summon is different (although I believe consequences is the same for fur hire case, in term of stopping their swarm)

I used NK as well, but since Drystan's effect is once per turn only, fur hire have countermeasure with mayhem to ensure their swarm is successful, destroying their 1st monster may not be the solution most of the time.

I think the real issue here is "meta".

We have always been saying decks diversity, and konami supports it too.

But with the new banlist and skills nerf, it's only meta decks and meta decks in ranked.

I agree FH isn't broken, but to defeat FH you need another tier 1 deck aka meta deck.

There goes konami's "diversity".
