I believe the OP meant a >lvl9/10 dragon and not just a lvl 7. Because he did say "very high level monster".

Maybe you can try on Lightsworn Engine? or Using Cyberdark. You can even use Paladin of Felgrand or Guardian of Felgrand with Ruins of the Divine Dragon Lords combo to Special Summon this card.

I thought about cyberdark claw before, but didn't see how I could build a Felgran+Cyberdark deck.

There is not a lot of synergy between the two. Felgran is about lvl 8 dragons and Cyberdarks about <lvl 5.

How do you combine both in 1 deck?

yubel + fiend farewell skill, or maybe with nekroz deck

I don't exactly see what Yubel + Farewell skill does. But it doesn't look like it synergies well with Felgran archetype. And Yubel cards are usually sent to the gy thanks to fire king avatar archetypes right?

Doesn't look like it will work. With Nekroz there is a similar issue.

But thanks for the suggestion anyway.
