It's not exactly situational. It needs prior set-up, but the set-up is really easy to achieve.

Just be happy that it is made playable in the game does not matter the rarity because rarity in duel links is messed up anyway.

The best combo is gozuki and Shutendoji , Shutendoji return Vampire Retainer or Vampire Familiar to deck and gozuki will send it to grev .

Since it is not coming from the box, it just understandable. Most SR that came from regular ticket are worse tbh. I believe they had their own class in main box UR and regular ticket UR
