I have summoned over 200 light monsters but it still won't pop up what do I do?

Same for me i swear ive summoned 200 but nothing is happening. Do i have to be at a certain stage in order to do it?

my theory is, if u get the server error menu after duel, it doesn't count

I took way more than 200 to unlock her. Feels more like you have to play the same light monster 200 times.

I just got her missions and unlocked her at lvl 16. I've summoned over 400 monsters with a light deck and decided I don't care and proceeded to play normal. As I beat vegabond with only 1 summoned light normal monster boom she unlocked! :D
