Play something that synergies with silent magician. Spellbooks, Dark Magician, or Gravekeepers, they work well with SM.

Do you have silent waifu- I mean the paid silent magician? That card makes the deck a lot more consistent, if no I'll try and think of something that may work.

Paid sile't magician? Didn't even know there is more silent magician besides LV4 and 8.

So by extension i don't have her.

The most optimal build would be:
Switcheroo

SM Lv8 x2
SM x3
Lyla x3
Gravekeeper's Recruiter x3
The Tricky x1

Cosmic Cyclone x2
Chalice x2
Silent Burning x3

TTH x1

Lyla + SM is an easy backrow removal into a silent magician
Recruiter + SM is an easy deck thin

Budget version would be:

Any skill of your choice, balance, restart or sealed tombs, it's up to you

SM lv8 x2
SM lv4 x3

Level up x3
Silent Burning x3

And then tech in cards that you think will benefit you. It can be floodgate or canadia so your SM can stay on the field longer. Or it can be SRH or windstorm or TTH. It depends on your playstyle.
