Read the skill rebalance notice.

It's mainly to stop BEWD nonsense. As Konami hadn't thought about that part when they made the skill.

to stop BEWD nonsense what they should have done is restricting the Skill to activate only if you have at least 3 different DARK Spellcasters in your deck......

(note that I said DARK Spellcasters, without specifying Level. This means Cosmo Brain DM decks won't get affected, only Cosmo Brain BE would)
