Angel 07's effect disables the effect of your monsters too. I'm not sure all of it's ruling but it's text does not say ''your opponent's''. Also it uses the 'Effect Monster' term whitch is for the dark brown framed cards, so It does nothing aganist ritual or fusion monsters.

Oh and also... Angel 07 is not negating anything. It prevents activation. So it might not effect the monsters passive effects.
