Useful card but its low attack keeps it vulnerable on the field. Also the meta is full of Econs and OTC, so it only protects you against Mirror Wall and Windstorm. Maybe it makes good synergy with Electro Soldier and Mind scan skill. Using Electro soldier you disable spell cards and with this, you don't have to worry about traps either. Still need power ups to keep it alive though.
People will just do the same and not run any trap cards. besides, it's only MW and windstorm and you can only get 1 windstorm so honestly speaking, with our current available trap cards, Jinzo is pretty useless.
