Players dont like this deck because its backrow dependent. But it is a good deck for new players. Just because its optimal build is playing staple backrows. This means youre actually opening packs for those backrow that you can use for other decks in the future. Also, the box comes with raigeki break already.
I reached Legend in 2 days from brand new account playing Shiranui with just Raigeki Break, Hallowed Life Barrier, Kuriboh and Flute of Summoning Kuriboh as my backrow. I know the optimal version needs Gozuki and bunch of UR traps but still without those expensive stuffs this is still a good deck for new player
I think the problem people have with all the backrow is because right now we are in a very OTK orientated meta where you have many meta decks that are very aggressive offensively but run very little defense themselves or ways to deal with an opponents backrow.
Decks like Blackwings and Dragunity for example run very little backrow removal aside from maybe a couple of copies of Cosmic Cyclone
Simply because their optimal builds just don’t have much room for it. They’re both decks that don’t recover well when their main combo is interrupted by a backrow heavy approach like Shiranui. So I guess that’s the reason it’s earned the nickname Backrownui.
Youve got it wrong. It isnt OTK oriented, its actually backrow dependant and how easily they can whip out good traps.
Invoked wasnt as good until they nerfed other decks because of this. If they nerf more deck cores we just inevitably end up all using amazoness
easily whip good traps?with what? u have 2 or 3 they get 1.there is still one remaining.dont cry with broken deck and backrow.trunade is semi limited so stf u
