Who said burn/stall doesn't need skill? Whatever deck you play, you need to think before playing any card. And there are many decks in this game that counter burn/stall, such as Hazy Flame or Phoenix. Even Dino can defeat burn/stall if they get backrow removal early. People, please, use your brain before saying anything.
