Cyberdark claw must have the lowest drop rate out of all of these, i have even got cyberdarkness dragon more times than claw

Yeah, I still don't have a third copy of Claw even after getting more than 4 million points in the event.

It's pretty much the only one I need to finish the farming too. (Well, and 1 more Cyberdarkness, but no one sane will ever play 3 Cyberdarkness anyway, so I'm content with having just 2)

My lowest drop is opposite to you i still haven't cyberdark cannon drop and i have 2 cyberdark claw drop from him

Yeah, I have at least 3-5 other copies of every other card, including cyberdarnkness, but only a single claw from earning enough points.
