Foolish Burial is limited in TCG. Neos Fusion = Foolish Burial + summon big monster + protect from destruction, crazy good card especially in 20-card format, and people can play 3 copies of it in Duel Links
And people say neos ex is trash few week ago, look at now, i already know that card is going to be OP indeed, konami never release trash card in their EX p2w
Because it lets you set your GY plays. Examples are like using foolish to send rose lover to the GY to use her effect faster or dump the vampire searchers, not to mentions it thins your deck.
There's a reason why The card is limited to 1 in the Real Card Game.
Foolish Burial is different, yes, but if you take a closer look, you will find that Foolish Burial is used most of time on LV4 or lower monsters. Neos Fusion does the same thing + Big monster + Protection. The down side of Neos Fusion isn't in its restriction on sending LV4, but it forces you to play a Vanilla hard-to-summon monster, which is Neos.
