I thought you could play this trap and simply bring out 3 fusion monsters just like that. It doesn't say I need the fusion materials to use the card.

It's not about summoning from the Extra deck, it's about restrict the max number of summon each player can do !

Looks like I fell for it to, literally just got done with a battle n was confused sense it wouldn't do anything.. But this explains a lot guess I got some re-orginizing my deck...
