I guess you refer to Jelly Cannon. It has disadvantage compared to Karma Cut and Drowning. Namely that you can't activate it anytime, unlike Karma Cut, and you only return 1 monster to deck, while Drowning returns all face-up attack position monster your opponent has.
On the other hand, Drowning requires direct attack, unlike Jelly Cannon.
Dude they are the very same person who though "WoD is OP and deserve ban"
While in today meta you actually start wondering why did the opponent let it be there with all combo he could done without any disruption.
