This is fair. Rod searches out Circle/Navigation, Circle searches out DM and any related S/T. And it banishes an opponent's monster if a DM is Summoned/Special Summoned. But only once per turn & only 1 Circle can activate per Summon.
No, it will just decrease the odd of opening with a FTK hand from around 80% to 65/70%.
Which will make the deck a bit less balanced since Konami balances new boxes around FTK.
Then everyone will ask for a balanced DM again with 3 rod.
Dark magician needs 0 money to be completed. I am f2p player and made it 100% complete within 1 month. Only need 3runs of 1 main box and 1 MINI nox to complete it. ALL the other cards are free in game. Just farm and do a good gem management.
1st account. I got my 1st circle in the 18th pack and my second after around 40 packs. The 3rd one came after around 70 packs so i helieve it was fair. Got each of my 3 navigations in the first 30-40 packs. Around 14000gems, which is easily possible.
