Alright so the problem is toon cards arent that great right now. Toon Mermaid is barely reliable and Toon Masked Sorcerer just sucks. I use a ToonTribute deck with the toon world skill. Certain toon cards are great backup... with that in mind I've gone from silver 1 to gold 5 with it
Yeah Meramaid is the only good Lv4 Toon due to the fact you can special summon it. The rest are terrible and the only good tribute ones are DM Girl and Summoned Skull.
