On its own, since the monster is summoned in Defense, you can't do additional attack with it, not to mention leaving a 100 ATK monster in Attack Position.
Only usable play with this card would be Urgent Tuning play.
But you need to safely direct attack your opponent just to do an Urgent Tuning play. Meaning this card is dead in your hand most of the time. Not to mention needing a monster with the right level in Graveyard.
Since this card has just 100 ATK, most of the time, even if you Urgent Tuning a Synchro, its ATK won't be enough to OTK your opponent on its own, unless you control another monster.
