You can:
Use World Legacy Clash or any other ATK changing card
Banish him
Bounce him back to the extra deck
Send it to the GY via an effect
Negate the Fusion Summoning
Use Canadia + any other destroying card
Target it with stuff like Majesty with Eyes of Blue
Tribute it for Lava Golem
You have a very strange definition of "untouchable"
Well, in most other circumstances you COULD negate the summon with something like Solemn Scolding, but since it’s immune to destruction effects the best you can do with that is negate it’s nuke effect
No, you couldn't. You can never negate a Summon that occurs during the resolution of an activated effect, and all Fusion Summons do. (Also, if you could, Quintet Magician's effect would be irrelevant since it wouldn't be on the field yet. In fact, you could negate its Flip Summon with Scolding just fine.)
