Ohhh yeah!!! I made Kog in no time with my frost and flame.. I anticipate you this deck need great skills (not like Phoenix deck which needs always the same moves.. boring after 10 duels!)
And it is not overly expensive!

The only thing I see is fire beastick + water "pick 1 of top 2 card" + generic status control backrow. Nothing creative or good, just play Ice barrier for quick win and you can still destroy card by effect every duel.
