Actually the once per turn makes sense...cuz it's able to be used more than once, you just need to MANAGE to summon it, and keep gaining lp, so that skill I would assume would be viable in aromage and other lp gaining decks, if somehow can manage to revive it, since that's the harder part. Getting it to the graveyard is easy, reviving it isn't.
Also just noticed the other thing with it...let's you play it from the grave, I misread it my bad. But yeah NOW I can see the flaw there, but for that to be viable, you'd have to be using a deck that FOCUSES on keeping your hp up by allot, EVERY SINGLE TURN.
These Ra skills are terrible for pvp. I don't know why there are so many when it is alrrady hard enough just to get Ra out. And now either Ra or power of the tributed is glitched, so it is not as good for farming.
