Future fusion mill 5 cyberdark monsters.

Again Monsters so you can mill those 1600 dragons you can mill 1 of each of the machines and use their fusion spell to get out the other one.

There is more potential as a tech then just a summon.

I remove a equip and negate your Chalice/Donpa/Yubel. For Yubel I negate her on the my turn then run over her at no downside.

This card is probably a bit too slow for the current meta but it's actual effect is nothing to laugh at. It's a bigger yet less convenient Wiz basically and Wiz was a problem enough to be limited.
