I dont Know if they havent foxed the code for this card or im just noob. So card says when this card is “normal summoned” other card effects cannot be activated. But then i got cockblock with enemy controller

Yeah they should 🔥 fix the coding before releasing its so stupid was so hyped but then my opponent was able to use his traps and spells even though i just summoned it

i agree, i thought i would be able to otk my enemy after summoning him but for some reason he was still able to activate his spells even though i just summoned my WINGED DRAGON OF RA!!! Man Komoney fix your spaghetti coding before releasing at least :(

He use econ after ra's being summon, not right at the moment ra's being summon. That's why many people call this card trash. You also trash because you play this card and don't know about activation time.

I think it means you cant activate spell or trap to negate the summon, because it doesn't say Ra will not allow cards to be activated for the rest of turn "WHEN NORMAL SUMMONED, other cards and effects cannot be activated" maybe...

It just means you can't activate cards in response to his summon. That allows Ra to dodge all the stuff that negates summons or for example all the trap hole cards. Cards like Econ don't affect him at the time of summoning but can be used at any other point after that

Thats coz he Special Summoned with Sphere Mode's effect, which makes Floodgate usable since it is not a Normal Summon.

No i summoned him with venus, they havent fixed the codings your not suppose to be able to activate traps, spell other card effect during turn it was normal summoned

So you tribute summon ra with venus, so what makes ra's imune to spell/trap after you done summoning him? Don't be so ignorant and please listen to what other people said.

Yep this kids just don't want to accept the truth. Ra's is trash. Accept it. Konami won't change the effect just because you crying about it here. There's a lot of better card/archetype to play with so why wasting time to play this 🔥? Ra's is more like collector stuff than for competitive play. You can play meme deck for fun with it and that's all.
