Mirror Wall, Senju (if you wan't to build a Relinq or other ritual decks if they become viable in the future,) and Stamping Destruction are the only cards worth getting in Neo Impact. Out of them only Mirror Wall is splashable, so I'd say it is far from the best pack.
Well, if you get youd hands in good UR and SR cards easy, yes i agree that neo to rutial decks and ultimate are good packs.
But not everyone can spend so much to get especific and repeated UR cards and reseting boxes in 2 diff packs
So the best packs will end up being the more versatile ones, ultimate included, but neo impact won't be great is a okish to ritual decks only, better stick with chaotic and ultimate to f2p players
Neo is definitely a must for ritual decks, beans man, leotaur and mirror wall. Ultimate rising is definitely the best box in the game. Everyone should have kuriboh, order2charge, 4starlady bug, share of greed, beud, and trap jammer. It's the best pack to get off to a good start. Im not sure what id do if I was a new player starting right now.
