Probably a little too good for DL, the double piercing would lead to FTK degeneracy in a format with half the LP. Run as much backrow hate as you can and so long as you can draw Melody & CForm/Sonic Bird it's an FTK against any deck that sets a monster turn 1. Hell, you could use Mithra or something to put a token on your opponent's field to attack for game. I'd love to see Chaos Dragon though.
