Axel might still come. Plus the the OCG and TCG might still releases more Fairy Tale cards for Leon to use. Plus we have the Fairy Tale cards that he can also have.
Axel though, he would be ace-less like Tristan if he does come, and what would he have as drop and reward considering most of his cards are already in a box? Random FIRE stuff? That would be disappointing, isn't it? I mean, we already have some people complaining that Umbra & Lumis didn't have much Mask-themed cards.
