That thing has a big Nerf label pasted on it, it looks more like a scapegoat to avoid nerfing blue eyes and keep selling the structure deck despite how bad for the game it is
a skill that gives you a +1 and a chance to unbrick you, 3 pot of greed (no, discarding stone is not a -1 it give you a monster I end phase so it's neutral), free to use limit 2 cards an archetype abyss dweller and a bunch of monsters that play even in your turn. No, that thing has to be limited.
