Let's hope not, because if it does, and you copy of one of those, you'll probably won't be able to summon it. Chaos Numbers need the base Xyz to bring them out.
And not being able to summon it, is not an issue if the intention is to prevent your opponent from summoning it. You can't summon it, but at least now your opponent can't either.
