It's amusing how there's always someone saying that every time a new box shows up, only to be proven wrong again and again, I think it has been more than 3 times at this point XD
Except half the mini-boxes have Level 8 cover cards, and the two lowest-level cover cards were both from main boxes. (Dunames Dark Witch and Vampire Lord.)
There are more Level 8+ main box cover cards than mini-box ones, but it's not really a pattern, either.
BRD is lv 7 though, but abyway it will be released on main box to milk your wallet and the good support will be UR to make you buy box multiple times even though you only needed 1 BRD
