You don't need Draw Sense or Sorcery Conduit to pull this off. All you need is the skill called Balance:

19 Spells
The skill Balance makes that your starting hand cannot draw all spells. Therefore, you must draw the one monster in your deck.
@wrong i feel bad for u. as i said in my previous comment, this way is impossible because balance skill doesnt work this way. just my assumption, but suppose u have 5 spell in 20 deck, i think chance of a spell im ur starting hand will be 5/20 * 4 = 100%. if only 4, then it is 80%. source: i run 4 spell in deck, and sometimes i have no spell in starting hand with this skill
