I use this in dark magician deck for eye of timaues against dragon decks / spell dependent decks and it works like amullet against Desperado dragon works but 80% time i summon cavalry
According to my experience:90 dark cavarly, 9% amulet dragon, 1% dark paladin. I just replaced it for another synchro monster to use with nights end sorcereer.

It's an excellent card. I was angry because it's not once per turn. I don't know why they make this sort of extreme effect not once per turn in some monsters.
The effect is not OPT, but still limited by the number of cards in the hand of the player controlling this card, that the player is willing to discard as cost.
Also, it only stop Spells. It does nothing against Monster effects and Traps.
