You would need a monster in the GY to Special Summon in order to activate it, but you can't use Neos Fusion to "Foolish Burial" these monsters because their Level is too high. If you do have a way to get a "Metaphys" monster into the GY consistently, then I will gladly add a Shuffle Reborn version of the deck to this page.
Lady Assailant of Flames sounds pretty good, but you get nothing from banishing Aloof Lupine, Asymmetaphys or Metaphys Dimension, so it will not always bring value.
Cards of Sanctity requires you to banish at least 1 card from the hand and 1 from the field and that's exactly the issue: you need to have something to play. I coul activate Asymmetaphys or Summon Aloof Lupine, but...
...in that case I would already have a way to banish my "Metaphys" monsters. From Turn 2, depending on the state of my opponent's board, Cards of Sanctity may not be too bad, especially considering it may draw into a monster you can Summon via Tyrant Dragon.
