My thoughts: Digitalbugs look cool f2p friendly and interessting, Noble Knight support looks good, hieratic look ok but there R trap cards look good. Star seraph is good but expensive. If you really want to spend gems, w8 1-2 weeks and look of the results. I would maybe spend a bit if digital bugs are decent.

star seraph looks like some sort of otk engine running trunades, lances, etc

the problem is the normal monsters... luckly, there is 1 or 2 low level normal tuner dragon to do synchros in the cameback

Normal monsters aren't an issue for Hieratic tbough, that's what the archetype is built around to begin with.
