Although it is a tech card, you could force Destiny Hero players to waste a Mask Change (and it doesn't target so if they try to save it, another anki gets the hit)

Either way, this is exactly the reason why TCG should have made a huge full reprint set for the sole purpose of clarifying the effect of much older cards by giving them PSCT.....
