if you ban Mask Change then they'll put Mask Change II in.

And I can tell you, Mask Change II is even worse, it lets any deck carry Masked Heroes, not just Hero deck.

So just deal with it. It's not like you'll see more than one or two Hero decks nowadays anyway, they aren't even tier 3 right now.
