Kind of wish this guy, Camula and Amnael were legendry duelists with how they just skipped over all the shadow riders. It's not like the decks would be too difficult to make either. Zaloog would have a DS deck and could bring skills to support warriors and Scorpions swarming, with ROTA at Lv 45. Camula plays Vamps, supports zombies, and could have Vamp Sorcerer and Duke. Amnael could play a D.D deck, have skills supporting macro strategies, and bring Banisher of the Radiance (Lv 45) and D. Fissure/Macro.
Here's an example of a deck the Don Zaloog could use at Lv 40:

3x Meanae the Thorn
3x Cliff the Trap Remover
2x Chick the Yellow
1x Exiled Force
2x Mustering of the Dark Scorpions

Could be, but it seems a bit strange the we got characters like Blair, Sartorius, and Yubel without even mentioning the Shadow Riders. It would be kind of like if we immediately started on the Meklord in 5DS with none of the Dark Signers appearing first, or the Barians in Zexal. Regardless, I'd be very interested to see what they could bring to the game.
If they really want to release Don Zaloog as a character they could not release the second and third copies of him and save them for his unlock event. But sadly it’s almost impossible by now.
