This good for Blue-eyes deck, u ritual summon this, summon 1 Lv 4 dragon, target the Lv 4, reveal blue-eyes, use rebirth, summon Blue eyes from you grave and 1 blue eyes from your hand. ( this good if they release blue eyes twin dragon ) or OP combo. (or good this card is Black magician deck)

You are wrong.If you have lvl4 monster on the field and reveal lvl8 monster in your hand then lvl4 monster will become lvl8

The monster on the field became the lvl of the monster revealed from hand. Thats the effect. Not just is very clear, if it was the other way around, this card would be a 3SD with no cost
