The main difference is that you dont need to have more cards than your opponent when activating the skilllike you have to when you activate silent burning.
So you can set/play all your cards and then activate the skill to make more plus.
That being said its still hard to play a deck revolving about 1 non searchable monster (if you dont count deep diver and different dimension capsule)
