Just use Level 4 Tuners + Tank Grub to bring out the two Level 5 Synchro, use them to bring out Blade Blaster, use the skill to bring out Recipro Dragonfly, then use Recipro's effect on Blade Blaster, and you have your Halberd Cannon materials lol
