why would you equip rare metal dragon? it's effect is can't be normal summoned which is not a oroblem anymore if it's already on the field by the effect of powerful rebirth. better used with armor exe

I think that's the thing - Rare Metal Dragon has nothing to negate, so it loses nothing.

.....but in that case why not just use something like BEWD instead

Powerful Rebirth is lv4 or lower. But still, you are right as you can go Kaibaman -> BEWD instead.

So there's really no point in using Rare Metal Dragon here.

If I equip this card to petin dark clown will I still get his effect, becuase he is in the grave yard

Yes, graveyard effect would still activate as this card is not equipped anymore when in the graveyard.

.....But that also begs the question, why the heck you are using a terrible card like Peten in the first place, let alone equipping it with this card.
