It's 'I'm too bored' or 'it's too boring'. You shouldn't use 'I'm too boring' cause that's just implying that you are a boring person, which may not be wrong tho.

Prismatic Zorc?? Please come on! I need EVEN 1 copy because I got 2 or 3 copies from everything (except blue magician 1 copy) and some people got prismatic? That's not fare! :(
