Yea Yubel becomes available as prismatic November 2019. Just a little more waiting. Don't spend that ticket until September 2019. It'll be worth it.

As far as I know, no tickets lasts for more than a year, so even if Yubel is available in November 2019 you would still be unable to get it, since you got the ticket in September 2018, which means the ticket would disappear in September 2019, which is two months BEFORE November 2019.

No you just save there current one they built up just like the kuribos do. The longer you keep them the more cards appear.

Yes, but the problem is that the second anon claimed something impossible (using a ticket in September 2019 for a card that is not available until November 2019)
