Every card you mentioned sees play. Ofc not in every deck, but like example: Santa Claws is an incredible good removal because it TRIBUTES the monster and the opponent can't activate 🔥 during this process. Thats why the kaiju cards sees play in IRL. In the right moment and meta every one of those cards can be really strong.

With Destiny Draw, people will search Monster Reborn and put it to good use… that the card will apparently be limited 1 on release tho.

Infernity is still a good deck. Also, d.d. crow and lancea are cards that are only used to interrupt plays. On the other hand, monster reborn is a card that can stand on its own, it is almost never a brick, can be used defensively or offensively, make synchros/xyz easier and can snatch wins out of nowhere. There is a huge difference with those cards you mentioned.

^ You’re right and Monster Reborn can be used to disrupt decks that utilize monsters in the graveyard.

Example: 1 Lighting Vortex/Santa Claws to get rid of a strong monster, then use MR to revive it if the monster can be special summoned that way.
